Mission Statement

Comprehensive Psychological Services, P.C. was founded in 1993 by Dr. Michael Frey. The caregivers in the practice provide diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to children, adolescents and their families in order to address a variety of mental health concerns. It is the mission of the practice to integrate knowledge of evidence based diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions with a sense of compassion and integrity to those seeking assistance.


Staff

FreyMichael Frey, Ph.D. attended graduate school at De Paul University, and completed his pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Frey has practiced in a number of different mental health settings. He has been the clinical coordinator of two Child Psychiatry Units one at Hartgrove Hospital and the other at Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, Illinois. His areas of specialty include various neurobehavioral disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Tourette’s syndrome and behavior/emotion regulation. He provides neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic assessment, school consultation, individual and family therapy, and parent consultation services.

GrandtKelly Grandt-Dudle, Psy.D. attended graduate school at The Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago and completed her predoctoral internship at Christ’s Hospital in Oak Lawn and the Childhood Trauma Treatment Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. A post-doctoral fellowship was also completed at Bridgeview/Challenger Therapeutic School. Dr. Grandt-Dudle has areas of specialty which include various neurobehavioral disorders, specifically Learning Disabilities, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Tourette’s syndrome. She provides psychological assessments, diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy. Dr. Grandt-Dudle primarily services children and adolescents between the ages of 9-21, but she also works with young adults experiencing anxiety and uncertainty as they face major life transitions.
